These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through our website. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including your name, delivery address, contact number, and email address.
You agree to provide any additional information reasonably required to process and deliver your order.
Ninth Scent may contact you to verify your order details before dispatch.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, fragrance notes, sizes, packaging details, and prices are accurate.

Product images may vary slightly from the actual product because of lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Fragrance perception and longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry, weather, application, and individual preferences.
Minor packaging variations may occur without substantially changing the product.
Customers should read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If a product is defective, materially misrepresented, or different from what was ordered, customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy under our return policy and applicable law.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Ninth Scent offers a 14-day return or exchange facility, subject to the conditions in our published Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Customers should contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.

Products received in a damaged condition.
Incorrect or missing items.
Leakage or suspected manufacturing defects.
Concerns about an unusual change in the perfume liquid.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges that meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, change-of-mind returns of opened or used perfumes may be restricted, subject to applicable law.
Products may need to be returned with their original packaging, bottle, cap, box, and accessories.
All requests will be assessed fairly according to the circumstances, our published policy, and applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms excludes a customer's statutory rights.
9. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Relevant Claims
For claims involving damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing products, or concerns about the condition of the perfume liquid, customers should provide an unboxing video as part of the review process.
The video should, where possible:
Begin before the courier parcel is opened.
Show the parcel and shipping label.
Record the opening continuously without cuts or edits.
Clearly show the product, packaging, and reported issue.
Customers should also provide their order number and supporting photographs where available.
Please retain the product and packaging until the complaint has been reviewed.
If an unboxing video is unavailable, customers may contact us to discuss alternative evidence. The absence of a video will not automatically remove any rights protected by applicable law.
10. Product Quality and Safe Use
Customers should store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Perfumes should be kept away from children and pets and used according to the product packaging instructions.
Avoid contact with eyes and irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
If a perfume has an unusual or unexplained change in colour, clarity, or appearance, customers should stop using it and contact our customer support team for assistance.
Perfumes may contain flammable ingredients. Keep them away from open flames and excessive heat.
11. Fragrance Inspiration and Third-Party Trademarks
References to fragrance families, scent profiles, or other fragrance products are provided for descriptive and comparison purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ninth Scent products are not represented as being manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with third-party fragrance houses.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, eligible products, minimum order values, and usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated:
Discount codes must be applied before an order is completed.
Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted.
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn prospectively, subject to applicable law and commitments already made to customers.
